We had the privilege and honor of writing a Spring inspired recipe, paired with images, for the In Season feature of the publication Edible Phoenix. We love seeing all of the local produce change seasonally, and spring becomes filled with the aromas of alliums! Garlic! Leeks! Green Onions! So much flavor.
